Our site mitratranslations.com is owned by MITRA Translations Ltd., previously ET MITRA-D Teodora Pencheva Co. Recently MITRA Translations acquired the sole proprietor and inherited the business activity established in 1990 and registered with the Commercial register under number 571 on 21.05.1990, company file number 571 / 1990. In 1991 the Company signed its initial contract with the Consular Department of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs under license No 007 for providing translation services from and into foreign languages. Due to amendments in the legislation in 2002, all translation agencies had to resign its contract, so the Company signed a new contract under No 260 / 95-00-150 / 2001 on 23rd of January 2002. Since 1991 and until now the Company has never stopped operating as a Translation Agency and with the 24 years in business it has  gained wide experience in translations and legalizations, which appears to be an outstanding proof for the quality of the services provided.

Mitra shall make all corrections, clear all inconsistencies and omissions found in your project within a term specified by you. If Mitra had failed to perform the job properly and/or deviated from the quality standards, you may ask Mitra to make all relevant corrections free of charge and within a term specified by you. You have the right to refer to Mitra with quality claims within a seven-day period after delivery of the service. You will have to highlight, specify and comment the parts you do not agree with and/or would like to be corrected. Failure to specify and highlight the text parts shall automatically discharge Mitra from the obligation to correct the translation and/or the service provided. In addition, you should consider providing Mitra with a seven-day period to clear the claims and make proper corrections. Should you refuse providing Mitra with a seven-day period to make proper corrections, Mitra shall not take any further actions regarding the corrections required by you and shall not be deemed liable to make such.

If you wish to make corrections to a content you’ve already received, the only thing you have to do is to contact the Project Manager who accepted your order and to inform in writing about the desired changes. Your primary contact will be the PM and you can refer with any questions you may have.

You can contact us with your request on info@mitra-bg.com or use the option “Get a free quote” on our website. Our team will contact you back immediately with a solution and the best price for your project.

You only need to inform your PM and the translation request will be cancelled. Should this happen, however, you will need to pay for the part that had already been translated before your notice for cancellation.

The payment methods are in cash, via PayPal, Moneybookers, or by bank transfer.

The Project Manager will be the primary contact during the course of the project. You may refer to them with any questions regarding your request, even after the translation process is completed. The PM is responsible for the delivery of the project on time, within your budget and to your satisfaction.  All communication will be via e-mail, phone or in person in one of our offices.

We start to process your request for translation right after your confirmation. A Project Manager shall be in charge of its level of implementation and current status.

Our translation rates are fixed and do not vary depending on the source text terminology or the delivery terms. However, please note that the daily capacity of one linguist is between 2,500 and 3,000 words. All projects that exceed this capacity will be handled by a team of linguists and one proofreader. You will just have to tell us when you need to receive the translation.

Sworn/certified translation process represents any legal acts that verify the authenticity of a document translation against its original in order to serve the authorities within the Republic of Bulgaria and/or abroad. Sworn/certified translations are implemented by translators who are certified by the competent institutions of the Republic of Bulgaria – the respective Ministries and the Consular Department of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The documents that are verified and stamped during certification become valid in the Republic of Bulgaria and/or abroad.
